Check before you pay

The five steps, in order

1

Engraving

Genuine tablets are engraved Searle 1461 on a white hexagonal tablet. No engraving, or a different code, means reject.

2

Strength

It must read 200mcg (micrograms). "200mg" is a red flag of a counterfeit.

3

The strip

Silver aluminium with the Cytotec name, a batch number and a clear expiry date. Poor printing = reject.

4

Texture

Bright, smooth white. Crumbly, yellowed, sticky or odd-smelling tablets are rejected.

Inspect the pack in person and only pay after all four checks pass. A genuine seller never asks for banking details or full upfront payment before you see the product.

Do not be fooled by a fake price

Some sellers inflate the price by claiming a "stronger" or "special" type. The medicine is one 200mcg product — there is no stronger version. We never publish a fixed price, because fixed numbers in this market are usually a lure. Judge authenticity, not price.
